How can I contact EcoshackNZ?
You can simply email us at info@ecoshacknz.com in where our customer service team will be happy to help you with whatever you need! 
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal payments. 
 
When will my order be processed?
Orders with multiple items can be handled and shipped out on different days so please note that delivery time would also vary. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. We aim to process orders within 1-4 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. 
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 1-4 business days to process your orders. After that, it can take between 7 to 21 business days for your purchased item to be delivered.
Please be advised that some orders might arrive on different days; we have a couple of warehouses, and delivery time might vary. 

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

EcoShackNZ Limited is a GST-registered business. As such, GST will automatically be added in the final price of the product when purchased.  

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. 
Please include your order number, photographs/videos of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package.
We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
