This extra thick flask is perfect for the person on the go, the adventurer, the busy bee, and someone who enjoys tea wherever they are! Because it's

double-walled, it provides extra insulation that would keep your brew hot or cold for longer. You also won't burn your fingers! This would also encourage you to use loose tea leaves rather than teabags that may contain microplastics.

How to use:

Add a teaspoon of dry loose-leaf tea or your choice of fruit to the glass lid of the infuser, and screw on the filter component tightly. Fill the larger, double-insulated glass bottle with hot/cold water.
Tightly secure the filter component and glass lid onto the larger glass and turn upside down.
Infuse tea for 3-5 minutes until you have the desired strength brew. Slow turn the right way around, and enjoy your drink!

Care instruction:

Your new flask is made of glass, so definitely handle with care. Not suitable for microwave or dishwasher. Clean using gentle detergent and avoid abrasive sponges. Ensure flask is clean and dry before being stored.

Avoid exposing your flask to drastic temperature changes by allowing it to slowly change into room temperature first to prevent thermal shock.

Shipping

EcoShackNZ dispatch all of our products using minimal and compostable packaging.

All of our parcels are dispatched using track and trace, our customers will receive an email notification which will include tracking details once item(s) are dispatched. We dispatch orders twice a week to minimise our carbon emission related to courier travel. Shipping may take up between 3 - 7 business days.

We aim to provide you with a seamless, sustainable shopping experience. In the event you are experiencing shipping delays with your order, please reach out to our friendly customer service team for support.

Returns

EcoShackNZ will not accept returns of incorrect product purchases and all items that are on sale and/or clearance. We will accept returns of selected non-personal products providing the following occurs:

(a) The return has been received no later than 14 calendar days from the date you received it.

(b) The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

(c) The buyer (customer) is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

EcoShackNZ will not refund items that are on sale and/or on clearance, unless required by law.

We reserve the right to provide you with a store credit in lieu of a refund.

Once we receive the item, we will be required to inspect the item and, if your return is approved, we will send you an email of store credit to the value of the product/s cost.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be issued your online credit via email and it will be accessible at checkout. If a Gift Card was used in the purchase, refund will be in a form of an online credit.
